Cancellation Policy
All clients must pay a $10.00 deposit at the time of online booking. This deposit will go directly toward your total service price and guarantees your appointment slot.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. I understand that emergencies happen and will always take serious situations into consideration. The first two cancellations made without 24 hours notice will be waived as a courtesy. A third late cancellation will result in a 25% fee of the scheduled service price.
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price. Repeated cancellations or no-shows will result in restricted or discontinued future booking privileges.
